and heating of raw materials including asphalt and aggregates. There
is potential for noise, particulate matter and vapour emissions to the
air. Emission control is provided by a water scrubber. The development
is expected to normally operate Monday to Friday from 6 am to 8 pm.
Additional hours of operation will be based on demand for product. Deadline
